Frequently asked questions
How do I uninstall the Windows app?
Open Start → Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find SupperSpark, click ⋯ → Uninstall. Or right-click SupperSpark in the Start menu and choose Uninstall. This removes the app and all its local data.
How do I remove the browser extension and get my old search engine back?
In Chrome, open chrome://extensions, find SupperSpark Search and click Remove. Or click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar, then ⋮ next to SupperSpark Search, then Remove from Chrome. Chrome then goes back to your previous default search engine. To choose a different one, go to Settings → Search engine (or chrome://settings/searchEngines) and pick it under Search engine used in the address bar.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the SupperSpark app, open Settings and switch off any reminder or alert you don't want. To silence the app completely, open Windows Settings → System → Notifications and turn off SupperSpark.
How do I stop SupperSpark from starting with Windows?
Untick Start with Windows in the app's tray-icon menu (or its Settings). Or open Windows Settings → Apps → Startup and switch SupperSpark off. To close the app completely, right-click its tray icon and choose Exit.
An AI answer was wrong or inappropriate. How do I report it?
Click Report under the answer in "Ask SupperSpark", choose a reason and add a note if you like. You can also email [email protected] with the question, the answer and a screenshot. AI answers can be inaccurate — please double-check important information.
Why did a search open Bing?
SupperSpark Search uses Microsoft Bing for web results. Only SupperSpark suggestions (marked with the SupperSpark icon) open on this site.
Does SupperSpark collect my personal data?
There are no accounts, and the things you save stay on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
