SupperSpark Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of SupperSpark — the website supperspark.buntai.com, the Windows app and the "SupperSpark Search" browser extension (together, the "Service") — made by Buntai ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Using the Service
SupperSpark is free for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it under these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or automate requests to the Service, or use it to build a competing data set;
- get around rate limits, security or access controls, or disrupt the Service;
- use the Service, including Ask SupperSpark, to break the law or to create harmful, abusive or infringing content;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
3. Third-party content and links
Recipes come from TheMealDB. Check ingredients for allergens yourself and follow safe food-handling practice — allergen hints in the app are a convenience, not a guarantee. Search results, suggestions and sponsored results come from Microsoft Bing and other providers. Links to other websites, stores and streaming services are given for convenience. We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for them, and their own terms apply. Sponsored results are always labeled.

4. AI-generated answers
"Ask SupperSpark" uses an AI model. Answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not professional (for example medical, nutritional, legal or financial) advice. Check important information yourself before relying on it. Please use the Report button to flag problematic answers.
5. Browser extension
The extension changes your browser's default search engine to "SupperSpark Search" (see the Privacy Policy). You can undo this at any time by removing the extension.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices, availability or other information will be correct.
7. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Buntai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; if we do, we'll update the effective date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and removing the extension.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
